  • chicken entrails (wings, neck, head, heart, pipota)
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 parsley
  • 1/2 celery
  • 1/2 gulie
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 bell pepper
  • 1 red
  • 500 ml of sauerkraut juice
  • 1 handful of finely chopped sauerkraut
  • 2 tablespoons oil
  • marar verdepatrunjel verde
  • salt
  • pepper

Preparation time: less than 90 minutes


We clean the carrots and put them on the grater with big holes.

Heat the oil in a pot and sauté the grated carrots.

We clean the other vegetables and put them on the large grater, except for the onions that we leave whole.

We put the washed meat in a pot with 3-4 l of boiling salted water.

After it boils, froth it and add the sauteed carrots and the other vegetables.

Season and simmer over medium heat until vegetables and meat are cooked through.

Add the cabbage juice and the boiled cabbage, let it boil for 10-15 minutes, then sprinkle the chopped greens over the soup.

Don't forget to serve hot peppers next to this wonderful soup.
