RECIPE PREPARATION Pilaf with red beans and bacon:

Cut the julienned onion in a pan with oil. Add the diced or long carrot and the sliced ​​leek. After they have hardened a little, add the rice, topping it with the vegetable juice, plus the red bean sauce. If you have dried beans, after boiling it, you can use red rice juice. 15 g butter
4 slices of bacon, without mice, chopped
1 bunch green onion cut into slices
85 g chopped watercress leaves
2 cans of greasy white beans, about 410 g each, drained and washed
55 g cream cheese

8 slices of whole wheat bread
salt and pepper

Red salad:

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1 teaspoon honey
1 small radicchio cape cut into thin strips
1 small red Lollo salad, separate sheets
