I used camembert but I am convinced that it works perfectly and brie. Or other types of white mold cheese.

I heated the oven and put the cheese in the oven on a heat-resistant plate. If I put it in a tray on a baking sheet, it was probably just as good.

I kept the cheese for 10 minutes at 200 degrees Celsius.

Its manifestations are: hunger, weakness, sweating, anxiety, dizziness and tremor. Consumption of sweet foods fights the symptoms of reactive hypoglycemia, hence the need for sweet after a very consistent meal.

First of all, because I liked the ingredients, then because it was extremely easy to prepare, you didn't have to grind or mix anything, they all mixed and baked in the form of baking. Only the baking time was a bit longer but that didn't bother me, I didn't have to sit next to the oven. Plus without eggs or oil? Can it be a cake without eggs or oil? Super good I assure you.

I am writing you the recipe and I hope you try it, it is very good, sweet and sour, the kind of cake from which you eat a slice and you feel full, that is, consistent.

Check with apples and dried fruits

  • 100g pitted prunes
  • 100g dehydrated apricots (I did not put)
  • 100g nuts
  • 100g unsalted hazelnuts (I put raw peanuts)
  • 5 large apples cleaned and grated with large holes
  • 1 tablespoon hydrated raisins
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa tip
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 150g raw sugar
  • 240g white flour 000
  • 1 sachet of baking powder

In a bowl sift flour, cocoa and add baking powder.

In another bowl put the rest of the ingredients apart from the apples and mix them lightly. Add the grated apples and then mix the flour mixed with cocoa and baking powder. Mix well with a spoon until you get a kind of harder crust that we put with a spoon and stuff it well :) in the shape of a cake lined with baking paper.

Bake at 160 degrees Celsius for 1.5 hours on the lower stage of the oven.

Let the cake cool well then cut it into slices with a sharp knife.

Ingredients Sweet Sin Cake

  • 8 egg whites
  • 10 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 tablespoons food starch (I used Gustin from Dr. Oetker)
  • 10 tablespoons stuffed with ground walnuts
  • 1/2 liter of milk
  • 5 tablespoons food starch
  • 3 plates of vanilla sugar + 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 220 grams of sugar
  • 300 grams of butter with 80% fat
  • 300 grams of pitted cherries (fresh or frozen)
  • 250 ml water
  • 150 grams of sugar
  • 3 tablespoons starch
  • 1 tablespoon grated gelatin granules
  • 150 grams of white chocolate
  • 2 tablespoons whipped cream
  • 50 grams of milk chocolate

Sweet Sin Cake Preparation:

Beat the egg whites until stiff, add the sugar and continue beating until it is completely dissolved.

Add the walnuts and starch and mix in circular motions, vertically:

Half of the composition is placed in a tray lined with baking paper (size 37 & # 21525 cm) and leveled:

Place in the preheated oven at 150 degrees, keeping the door ajar at all times. Bake for 1/2 hour & # 8211 45 minutes. It is a meringue top and must dry. When the sheet is slightly browned (golden) and crispy, remove it and let it cool on a grill, only when it is cold remove the baking paper. Do the same with the rest of the composition, obtaining the second worktop.

For the Sweet Sin cake cream: 400 ml. of milk together with the sugar are put on the fire. The rest of the milk is mixed with the starch. When the milk boils, add the well-homogenized starch composition and stir continuously until it boils a few times and binds. Remove from the heat and add the vanilla sugar and essence. Mix well and allow to cool, covering the bowl with cling film (not to catch pojghita).

After the milk cream is cold, add the butter at room temperature, cut into pieces, and mix until you get a creamy cream.

Jelly: Cherries, 200 ml. of water and sugar are put on the fire.

The remaining 50 ml. of water mix with starch. Meanwhile, the gelatin is hydrated with 2 tablespoons of cold water. When the water with the cherries boils, add the starch and mix until it binds. I passed the composition, it went just as well and without being passed, with the whole fruits. When the jelly cools to around 50 degrees Celsius, it dissolves directly in the gelatin composition.

Assembling the Sweet Sin cake

Put half of the cream on the first sheet:

Put the tray of the Sweet Sin cake in the freezer for 10 minutes, then pour the jelly on top, still slightly warm:

Cool completely, then continue assembling the Sweet Sin cake with the second layer of cream, then with the last top.

Give the sweet cold cake to the cold, then cut it with a sharp knife with a long, narrow blade. After each cut, wipe the knife well with a damp napkin. Of course, I couldn't bear not to taste a piece, as it was, & # 8222dressed & # 8221, without the icing:

I put the whipped cream and white chocolate, cut into small pieces, on the fire, stirring until they were homogenous. I poured this composition over the cake (the secret of the perfectly made icing I don't have it yet) then I masked its imperfections with milk chocolate, which I melted in the microwave, directly in the baking syringe with which I drew zigzag lines. -zag:
