box (15.25 oz) Betty Crocker™ Super Moist™ Cake Mix Spice
Preheat oven to 350°F. Lightly spray a 9x13 pan with non-stick cooking spray and lightly flour. Prepare the cake according to package directions, then bake for 28 to 33 minutes.
Add brown sugar, butter, and water to a medium saucepan. Heat over medium heat until all ingredients are melted.
Poke the cake with a fork or toothpick and pour hot syrup all over cake. Let cool.
- Serve with whipped cream or ice cream and grate fresh nutmeg over top.
