Stuffed eggs appetizers


Eggs are boiled hard. Put in cold water and then clean. Cut in half and divide the yolks evenly into two bowls.

In the first bowl we put the liver pate, 100 g soft butter, a teaspoon of mustard, salt and pepper and mix until smooth.

In the second bowl put the crushed smoked fish in the robot, 100 g soft butter, salt, pepper and mix until smooth.

The egg halves are filled equally with the two compositions above.

On each half of the egg, put homemade mayonnaise with posh (who has it) or with a bag (who does NOT have it) and decorate it.

I decorated them simply but differently: with olives and sour donuts those with smoked fish and sour cucumbers and sour donuts on those with liver pate.

We like it that way, simple, without sauces or greens.
