Tiramisu with fruit recipe

I made this cake for my husband's birthday (for today, December 26) :))

  • 3 boxes of small mascarpone
  • 6 eggs
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 2 sachets of vanilla sugar
  • 1 packet and a half biscuits
  • 2 jars of compote (one of cherries and one of strawberries)

Make the cream as follows: separate the yolks from the egg whites, rub the yolks with the sugar and vanilla sugar until white, then add the mascarpone and rub well until it becomes a fine cream. Beat the egg whites and then incorporate well with the yolk cream .We syrup the biscuits with the compote syrup and put them in a tray or a yena bowl then we put fruit and a layer of cream, we syrup again a layer of biscuits and we put over the cream, we put fruit again and the last layer of cream or whipped cream, then at the end it is decorated according to your preferences, I used dark chocolate and sprinkled it with fruit syrup. It is a sour and cool dessert. Enjoy!
