  • about 350 g plums (from the freezer)
  • 5 eggs
  • 250 g sugar and another 3-4 tablespoons to put over the plums
  • 220 ml oil
  • 10 tablespoons dietary wheat flour (whole wheat flour)
  • a spoonful of cinnamon
  • a sachet of baking powder
  • a little vanilla essence

Preparation time: less than 60 minutes


Leave the plums to thaw and when they are ready, put them in a greased pan, sprinkle sugar and cinnamon over them. Meanwhile, prepare the dough. Simple and fast. Whole eggs beat well with the sugar put in several stages. Add baking powder and vanilla. When the sugar is melted, add the "wire" oil and mix well. At the end we put the flour and mix with a spoon from the bottom up.

The resulting dough is placed over the plums placed in the tray. Smooth the dough evenly with a spatula and place the baking tray in the preheated oven. Bake for about 30 minutes. When the cake is ready, we leave it in the stove with the door half open for about 10 minutes, after which we can take it out to cool. When it has cooled very well, we portion it and powder it.
