Put half the water in a small pot.

wash the parsley, dill and green onions well and chop finely.

the carrot is cleaned, washed and cut into slices.

the pepper is cleaned of seeds, washed and cut into cubes.

put the chopped vegetables in the soup pot and add the knorr cube.

boil for about 15 minutes.

in the meantime we make the meatballs.

the minced meat is mixed with eggs, a tablespoon of boiled rice, finely chopped green parsley, salt and pepper to taste.

mix the composition well.

after the soup has boiled for 15 minutes, lower the heat, make the meatballs and put them lightly in the pot.

then turn the heat a little higher and let it boil until the meatballs are ready.

finally add borscht to taste, salt and pepper (I added a few pieces of noodles).

bring a few more boils and close.

serve with sour cream and greens on top.

great appetite!

1. Wash the bones and boil them in salted water. Collect the foam that forms and, after half an hour of cooking, remove the bones from the juice. Wash and finely chop the onion, carrot and pepper and add over the bone broth.

2. While the vegetables are boiling, prepare the meatballs as follows: boil the rice for 4-5 minutes, drain the water, mix in a bowl with the minced meat and beaten egg. Sprinkle with a pinch of salt and mix well. Put the stove on low heat and, with a teaspoon, take from the composition meat from which meatballs are made. Put them in the pot and let them boil for 20-30 minutes.

3. Separately boil the borscht, pour it into the pot, season with salt and add the soup in a few boils. Turn off the heat and add the finely chopped greens.

Meatball soup

Meatball soup is one of the most loved and made recipes for children and adults. The meatballs are soft, easy to eat, along with properly seasoned soup. It is perfect in any season, but especially when you get home cold and you want to confuse yourself with a bowl of hot, straight soup with sour cream.

In a bowl add all the ingredients for the meatballs and mix well. Form meatballs with a diameter of about 2-3 cm. You should get about 30 meatballs, depending on how big you shape them. Refrigerate the meatballs until they need to be added to the soup pot.

Heat the olive oil in a pot over medium heat. Add onions, carrots and celery. Let it boil for about 5 minutes or until the onion becomes translucent and soft. Season with salt and pepper, according to preference. Add tomato paste, chicken soup and water. Boil all the ingredients and then add the meatballs one at a time.

Let the meatballs boil in the pot for about 10 minutes or until they cook well (you will know this, because they rise to the surface). Season the soup and add the lemon juice. Slowly add an egg, stirring constantly. Cook for another minute, after which you can sprinkle parsley on top.
