After it has hardened, take out the tray and turn the cake over. Cover with melted chocolate with whipped cream. Garnish with white chocolate and according to everyone's imagination.


How long does it last?

If you have a party or a special occasion, then you are probably wondering how long it lasts and how these strawberries are stored in chocolate. My advice is to make them and consume them on the same day.

Fresh strawberries are delicate fruits that do not last more than a few days.

The California Strawberry Commission recommends that you buy them no more than one day before making them. And after you shoot them in chocolate, it is recommended to consume them in a maximum of 1-2 days.

As I said earlier, strawberries should be eaten fresh and not last more than a few days.

I have heard that there are people who keep and consume them after 3-4 days, others even more, but honestly I have not tried and I would not recommend it.

There is a risk that it will decompose very quickly or become very soft, and it would be a shame to spoil your dessert just before a party or any special occasion.

Rub the butter with the sugar in the mixer. Add flour, almond powder, salt, cocoa and finally the egg.

Refrigerate for 30 minutes.

It is spread and put in a large tart shape, or in 10 smaller ones. Prick with a fork, put back in the fridge for 15 minutes and bake at 180 degrees for 12-14 minutes.

Boil all the ingredients until thickened, then cool and pour into a thin layer in the form of a pre-baked tart. Put it in the fridge and start preparing the ganache.

Boil the whipped cream and pour it in two tranches over the chocolate, stirring from the center to the outside. Add the butter at room temperature and mix until smooth. Pour into the tart, over the layer of strawberry jam. We put it in the cold again.

Chocolate truffles

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie or in the microwave. Boil whipped cream with honey and cinnamon. Pour this mixture over the melted chocolate and mix gently, from the center to the edge, moving the bowl. When the ganache reaches 24 degrees Celsius, add the butter that is already at room temperature and blend with a hand blender. Leave in the fridge for at least 4 hours.

When the mixture has cooled, we form 15 g balls that we give through tempered chocolate (32 degrees Celsoius) and cocoa.

Ganache batut

Melt the dark chocolate (in a bain-marie or in the microwave). Boil the 0.110 kg of whipped cream, pour it in two tranches over the melted chocolate. Mix with a spatula, blend and add the other whipped cream, cold. Mix again with a spatula, put a plastic wrap over the bowl and refrigerate for at least 8 hours. It is best to prepare this ganache the day before. After 8 hours, or overnight, beat the ganache in the mixer. You will get a fine, aerated cream.

Fitting

Take the tart out of the fridge. We cut and place the strawberries that we cover with the hot apricot skin (to shine and stay fresh longer). If it is eaten immediately, we no longer need the pellet…
We put the beaten ganache, we put the truffles and some chocolate decorations.


How do we prepare strawberry shortcake, chocolate and sour cream?

1. For the top, mix the yolks with the sugar until it melts. Add melted chocolate and milk. Mix the dry ingredients, flour, cocoa and baking powder and add them mixing at low speed to the mixture of yolks with sugar. Add the beaten egg whites and mix over the head with a wooden spoon.

2. Bake the top in the large pan on the stove at 170 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minutes. In order not to have surprises, do the toothpick test. Let the countertop cool.

In the original recipe, 2 sheets were baked, but I preferred to make one in the oven tray. My tray is big 45 & # 21540 but if you have a smaller oven it is better to bake 2 sheets of 35 & # 21525.

3. For the cream, mix the milk with the sugar, vanilla sugar, starch and then put them on low heat in a saucepan, stirring constantly until it thickens like a pudding. You can confidently leave more time because it does not cut as in the case of yolk cream :).

Allow to cool well and add the butter at room temperature. Be careful not to do like me, I left the cream to cool and slept for 2 hours with Adrian. When I woke up it was concrete and I barely mixed it.

4. Assemble the cake: put the top, then half the cream, sliced ​​strawberries, the other half the cream, the top face down (why, because you can put the icing easier).

Put the cake in the cold and prepare the icing, melt the chocolate and add the oil. Mix well and pour the icing over the cake.

If you make the cream version for whipped cream, melt the chocolate together with the cream and pour the icing on the cake.

Leave in the fridge for at least 3 hours. I cut it after 2 hours.

  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • a little salt
  • 150 g milk-free chocolate
  • fresh strawberries

Put the oats in a saucepan together with 760 ml fasting drink, salt and sugar.

Set aside for 10 minutes.

Meanwhile, wash and clean the strawberries and cut them into cubes / slices.

Melt the chocolate in a bowl together with the remaining drink (the 40 ml) & # 8211 either in the microwave, in the sea bath or as you usually melt it.

Heat the pan with the oats and simmer for about 10 minutes, stirring to prevent sticking.

You got a thick, thick pudding, so you put out the fire.

In hot pudding put 2-3 tablespoons of chocolate sauce, mix and then put the bowl in another with cold water.

Stir gently to cool, then put a blender in the middle and start mixing. Only add a little more liquid if necessary.

After you have passed the pudding well, distribute a layer of pudding in glasses & # 8211; then chocolate sauce, strawberries, then repeat the layers.

If you have patience, I recommend you let it cool for 15 minutes, if you don't eat it! :))))

Rub the yeast with a teaspoon of sugar until it becomes creamy then add 2-3 tablespoons of warm milk and a teaspoon of flour, mix and let it rise.

In a bowl put the egg and sugar, mix a little and then add the yeast.

Gradually put the flour and warm milk in which I added the melted butter (I heat the milk together with the butter).

Add a little salt and knead until the dough comes off the bowl (about 10 minutes, be careful the dough is a little harder).

Let it grow covered with a textile towel for an hour and a half.

Then we turn the dough on a plate lined with flour, knead a little more just to gather and then spread a sheet of about 30x50cm.

Grease it with melted butter, add the sugar and then the sliced ​​strawberries as well as the chocolate. Roll lightly and cut into slices about 2 cm with a sharp knife.

In total, about 15-16 slices come out.

We put them in a greased tray or lined with baking sheet, slightly apart and let them rise for another 15 minutes, during which time we heat the oven to 200gC.

Bake approx. 15 minutes until lightly browned on top.

We prepare the icing by mixing the lemon juice with the powdered sugar and we put it over the spirals when they are warm (I didn't make the icing, I just put a little powdered sugar on top).

Serve as fast and warm as possible :).
