Gingerbread dessert


Dissolve the baking soda in lemon juice and place in a bowl. Add flour, sugar, honey, melted butter, eggs and spices. Knead the dough a little then put in the fridge for 30 minutes. Divide into 3 pieces and spread from each one, thicker sheet. Cut the desired shapes and bake in the preheated oven for 5-7 minutes.

For the icing: mix all the powdered sugar with the starch, then with the egg white and beat with a whisk until foamy. At the end, add the lemon juice. If you want a thicker icing, add more powdered sugar.

Grease the baked forms with icing (using a teaspoon), or sprinkle with sugar.
