Preparation: Put the melted butter in a non-stick pan. Mix in a bowl the melted butter, milk, mineral water, 2 tablespoons sugar, 1 teaspoon lemon peel, 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar, rum essence, 1 egg, baking powder and flour. Put enough flour to get a dough suitable for pancakes. Bake the pancakes in the pan in which we melted the butter without adding butter or oil, the pancake dough already has butter. I got 20 pancakes. For the filling we will put the cheese on the grater, put it in a bowl and mix it with 2 tablespoons of sugar, 1 teaspoon of lemon peel, 1 teaspoon of vanilla sugar and 1 egg. Fill the pancakes, fold them and grease them with beaten egg and sprinkle sugar on them then place them in a tray in which I put baking paper and greased it with butter. Put the pancakes in the oven, over medium heat, for 10-15 minutes. When they are nicely browned, they are ready. Powder them with sugar and serve them. Enjoy !!!!
