Pumpkin tart

From water, margarine, egg flour and salt, knead a dough. Put it in a food foil, press it lightly by hand and put it in the fridge for at least half an hour.

Sprinkle the work table with flour and spread the tart sheet.

Place the dough sheet in the shape of a tart, lightly pressing the edges inside. Cut the dough that is out of shape. With a fork we prick the surface of the tart.

Beat eggs with salt and add grated telemeau.

Add finely chopped onion and dill. Peel a squash, grate it and slice it into small pieces.

Put the nutmeg, garlic and pepper and mix well.

We pour the composition in the shape of a tart. From the remaining dough from the tart I made a braid that I placed on the edge. I greased a little egg from the composition.

Bake over medium heat. When it is almost ready, we grate the cheese on top.

Bake for another 5-10 minutes.

Let cool slightly then cut into slices.
